What It Does

• Write a reminder and pick the date and time.
• Make it one-time or have it repeat.
• It arrives as a text message to the phone number you verified in the app.
• Your first 5 texts are free. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription keeps them coming.
• Reply STOP to any reminder text to stop receiving texts.

Support

Email support@noworrieslifestyle.com or use our contact form. Include the phone number you use in the app so we can find your account.

• Delete your account: in the app, open the Profile tab, then Data, then Delete Account.
• Cancel a subscription: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Restore a purchase: on the upgrade screen, tap “Already subscribed? Restore your purchase.”
• Turn texts back on after replying STOP: email us and we will re-enable them.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026. This policy covers SMS Scheduler: Text to Self, made by No Worries Lifestyle, LLC (“we”).

What We Collect

• Phone number. We verify it with a one-time code and use it to send your reminders. The app supports US numbers.
• Profile details you enter: first and last name, username, and the location you type in.
• Reminder details: title, category, notes, tags, date, time, time zone, and repeat schedule.
• Account records: free texts used, subscription status, how many texts you have received, and whether you replied STOP.
• Delivery records: when each reminder was sent, its status, and the message ID from our texting provider. These records do not contain your phone number or message text.
• App usage: screens viewed and buttons tapped, through Google Analytics for Firebase. We use the version that does not collect advertising identifiers, and we do not link it to your name or phone number.

We do not read your contacts or your device’s GPS location, and we do not ask for your email address. Payments go through Apple. We never see your card details.

How We Use It

We use this information only to run the app: to verify your phone, write and send your reminder texts, keep track of free texts and subscriptions, and fix problems. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

Who Helps Us Run the App

We share information only with these service providers, only so they can run the app for us. They are required to protect it at least as well as this policy does.

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): phone verification, our database, server functions, and app analytics.
• OpenAI: receives a reminder’s title, category, notes, and tags so it can write the wording of the text message. It does not receive your phone number or name.
• Twilio: receives your phone number and the message text so it can deliver the text.
• Heroku (Salesforce): runs the service that sends reminders on schedule.
• Apple: handles purchases and subscriptions.

Texts Only Go to You

Reminders are sent only to the phone number you verified. The app cannot send texts to anyone else.

How Long We Keep It and How to Delete It

We keep your information while you have an account. To delete it, open the Profile tab, then Data, then Delete Account. This deletes your profile, your reminders, and your sign-in account, and clears your delivery records.

• We keep one scrambled, one-way code made from your account ID so a deleted account is never texted again by mistake. It does not contain your phone number, name, or messages.
• Twilio keeps its own delivery records under its retention policy. Backups and system logs may hold information for a limited time.
• Usage analytics stay in Google Analytics under its retention settings.

If you can’t open the app, or want us to check that nothing else remains (for example, reminders saved by older versions of the app), email support@noworrieslifestyle.com and we will delete it.

Stopping Texts

Reply STOP to any reminder text and we will stop sending texts to that number. Email us if you want them turned back on.

Your Choices

You can see and edit your profile and reminders in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@noworrieslifestyle.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Text messages are not end-to-end encrypted, so please don’t put passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive details in your reminders.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has used the app, email us and we will delete their account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.

Terms of Use

The Service

The app lets you create one-time and repeating reminders that are sent as text messages to your own verified US phone number. The wording of each text is written with AI and may contain mistakes, so check important details in the app.

Text Message Consent

By verifying your phone number, you agree to receive automated reminder texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. How often you get texts depends on the reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. For help, email support@noworrieslifestyle.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Free Texts and Subscriptions

Your first 5 texts are free. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are sold through Apple and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any free trial and the price are shown before you buy. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.

Your Responsibilities

Make sure your reminder times, repeat settings, and content are correct, and use the app lawfully. Don’t rely on the app as your only reminder for medication, legal deadlines, or anything safety-critical.

No Liability

Texts can be late, missed, or wrong because of carriers, outages, or errors. To the extent the law allows, No Worries Lifestyle, LLC is not liable for any loss caused by a missed, late, or incorrect reminder, or by using the app.

License

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, along with these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change this page and the effective date. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
